1. Log into your Zapier account. Select a Finished Chat from Pure Chat as the trigger. Next select Create Lead from Salesforce as the action. Select your Pure Chat account and your Salesforce account.
2. Put the Pure Chat fields into Last Name, Email and First Name.
3. Test the zap out and activate it.
If you decide to require contact information before a live chat, make sure to specifically ask for First Name and Last Name in the Name field. See the chat box customization below.
If you do not collect contact information before a live chat, make sure to ask for the First and Last Name of the visitor during the conversation. Add both the First and Last Name to the Name field in the Visitor Panel before the chat ends.
